Initially, Dejan FC was a local amateur club that made its debut in Liga 3 Jawa Barat Seri 1 in the 2022 season. They reached the final but lost to Persipasi Kota Bekasi with a score of 1-0.
In the following season, Dejan FC finished third in group B and failed to advance to the second round. Despite this, their performance as finalists in the Liga 3 Jawa Barat Seri 1 2022 earned them a ticket to the national stage.
